Hamish and Andy head to head in Logies

Radio and TV duo Hamish Blake and and Andy Lee will be pitted against each other for this year’s Gold Logie award.

The duo will also be going up against The Project’s Carrie Bickmore, comedian Adam Hills, actress Asher Keddie and Home and Away’s Steve Peacocke.

Firass Dirani is in the most popular actor race, while Keddie and Deborah Mailman feature in the most popular actress category.

Michael Buble and Bruno Mars will perform at the ceremony.

The TV Week magazine awards will be staged a month earlier than usual, on April 7 at Melbourne’s Crown Casino. The shortlist was announced today.
