Haystac wins national account for travel company

Public relations company, Haystac, has won the national account for Skyscanner Australia after a four-way pitch was held late last year.

The account win will see Haystac oversee the travel search company’s data mining and analysis, media relations, creative, profiling and speaking opportunities.

Skyscanner has over 800 employees in 10 offices globally including Barcelona, Beijing, Budapest, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Miami, Shenzhen, Singapore and Sofia.

Emily Callahan, senior marketing manager at Skyscanner Australia, said: “We felt a mutual understanding with Haystac in terms of our aspirations and how to achieve them, and we’re excited to work more closely with the team from this point forward.”

The account was previously held by Fuel Communications with the new win for Haystac following that of Sushi Sushi in January 2017.
