Heather Gyton Carroll becomes head of marketing at Janus Henderson Investors
Heather Gyton Carroll has been appointed as head of marketing for Janus Henderson Investors.
The announcement
Janus Henderson Investors today announced the appointment of Heather Gyton Carroll as Head of Marketing Australia.
Based in Sydney, this role will report to Matt Gaden, Head of Australia, and Head of Asia Pacific Marketing, Geraldine Walsh.
Matt Gaden said: “We are delighted that Heather is joining Janus Henderson Investors. Her wealth of experience in asset management marketing will be vital to assist with our growth ambitions in Australia.
“Heather’s experience spans a wide range of asset classes and investment vehicles across the retail, wholesale and institutional channels. She also has a proven track record of establishing and growing brands and executing effective marketing strategies for diversified funds management businesses.”
Heather joins Janus Henderson Investors from Perpetual Investments in Sydney where she was most recently Head of Marketing. Prior to Perpetual, Heather was Head of Marketing at Colonial First State Global Asset Management where she spent over seven years in strategic marketing, channel management and brand management for Australia, and for the group’s portfolio of brands worldwide. Heather started her career in asset management at Hermes Investment Management in London.
