Helloworld creates Instagram relay across 70 countries to celebrate World Tourism Day

helloworld instagram meetTravel retailer Helloworld is claiming a ‘world first’ social media execution with an Instagram relay across 60 countries and 75 influencers for World Tourism Day on September 27.

The #helloworldrelay campaign begins at sunrise in Samoa with influencers posting from 75 locations until sunset, finishing in the Cook Islands 36 hours later.

Kim Portrate, chief marketing officer at Helloworld said: “There are approximately five million Australians checking into Instagram every month with 70 per cent of those users active every day.
