Hero launches campaign with Centrum after winning creative account

Hero, the consolidated group launched by Ben Lilley in October 2020, has been appointed as the lead creative agency for GSK’s Centrum vitamins range.

As part of the appointment announcement, Hero has also launched a campaign titled ‘Live Colourful’.

Hero will be responsible for developing integrated communications in Australia and in key international markets.

The 30-second spot shows a montage of people doing wellness in uncommon ways, from hula hooping to TikTok dances to “pizza before pilates”.

GSK Consumer Healthcare marketing lead – Wellness, Annalee Combis, said: “This is a key campaign for Centrum, particularly for the Australian market, and a great way to officially kick off our partnership with Hero.”

Hero chief creative officer, Patrick Baron, commented: “This campaign empowers all of us to approach health and wellness our own way. Centrum is a great creative brand and we couldn’t be more excited to be kicking off this colourful creative journey together.”

The campaign’s OOH assets

The campaign will be on TV, outdoor, social and digital. There are also plans to rollout the campaign internationally to countries such as Italy and Brazil.

In terms of other recent campaigns done by agencies within Hero, Hero’s McCann released a new campaign for eBay earlier this month.
