Hien Pham joins Haystac as head of social
BWM Dentsu’s PR agency Haystac has appointed Hien Pham as its head of social.
Pham joins the agency from Deepend where he was the head of social media for over a year.
Throughout his career Pham has also had stints as TBWA Melbourne’s head of social media and Digital Arts Network Australia’s social business manager.
“I’m excited to join the team, be a part of the broader BWM Dentsu Group, and connect the network of talent across Australia as a unified social business team,” Pham said in a statement.
Georgia Bainbridge, Haystac’s general manager of content, added: “With a national team of 15 social strategists and account managers, we have a strong foundation in delivering integrated campaigns for our clients across social and digital.”
Haystac’s clients include HBO, ANZ, ALS Association, Tourism and Events Queensland and Babylove.

It’s so good to see BWM Dentsu uphold its diversity policy, and give people of ethnic backgrounds like Pham an opportunity to showcase his talent and thrive in the creative pool. I believe that Mr. Pham will make a big difference to the field of social media as well as further contribute to his company’s business growth. If BWM Dentsu and its network can be open to hiring culturally diverse candidates, it will bring fresh ideas/perspectives to the table and allow us to boost innovation to the highest level.
Keep up with the good work!
