History Will Be Kind appointed to the comms for Respond Global

Emergency response company, Respond Global, has appointed History Will Be Kind to develop a communication strategy to establish the brand presence in Australia and grow its share of voice in the market.

The appointment will build upon the agency’s experience in B2B and corporate communications, working with clients including ICC Sydney, Etihad, Webjet, Drive Yello, Randstad and ISPT.

Respond Global provides practical emergency management and infection prevention and control solutions for clients. It was founded in early 2020 by Australia’s Dr Ian Norton.

Norton said: “We are pleased to be working with HWBK at a critical time for our organisation, as Australia learns how to manage and mitigate the ongoing risk of COVID-19 now and into the future.

“The team’s energy, expertise and tenacity make them the perfect partner to communicate our end-to-end solution to governments, corporates and industry partners as our nation safely reopens businesses, economies and borders.”

Agency managing director Emma-Jane Granleese said the appointment was an honour.

“Dr Ian Norton and the Respond Global team have been heavily engaged in the world-wide response to COVID-19 and have been responsible for managing some of the world’s largest outbreaks and disasters,” she said.

“We are proud to come on board to drive best practice communications for the organisation at this critical turning point for Australia, as we all learn to live with COVID-19 for the foreseeable future. It’s fantastic to be working with a brand with strong ambition and a vision like Respond Global. We can’t wait to make history together.”
