History Will Be Kind grows team with new hires and promotion

Creative communications agency History Will Be Kind has made two new promotions and two new hires, including a newly created role of director of integration.

Award-winning creative communications agency History Will Be Kind (HWBK) is building on a successful start to 2022 with two new hires and two internal promotions.

In the newly created role of director – integration, Simone Bevan has joined the leadership team to drive the development of the influencer marketing product, History Makers, a consumer-centric approach that is informed by integration and data.

Previously head of influencer at Magnum & Co, Simone is an integrated operator with over a decade of experience across various sectors, product development and team leadership. Backed by an award winning track record, Simone has led stand-out campaigns in the youth, travel and consumer space with the likes of JBL Harman Kardon, Stayz and Converse.

Elite athlete, rising communications talent and former HWBK intern, Taylah O’Neill, has returned to the team post Winter Olympics in the role of account coordinator. O’Neill comes to the team with an impressive resume of internships at Pulse Communications, Frank PR and the Australian Olympic Committee. Her first-hand experience in the sports, health and wellness allows her to bring a true insider-lens and perspective to HWBK’s clients.

Alongside new hires, the agency team has continued to develop its current team and has celebrated two internal promotions with Angela Pham stepping into the role of senior account manager and Christina Farrelly, now driving accounts as a stellar account manager. Angela will continue to build upon her skill set in client services across leading clients such as Celebrity Cruises, Google and Webjet, while Christina will continue to cultivate her stand-out experience across financial services, workplace and F&B with the likes of Sharesies, Randstad and Ferrero.

Bolstering the team will spearhead industry-leading campaigns as HWBK ramps up for another year of growth, partnering with new clients including Godfreys, eBay and Nutella.
