Dr Mumbo

How to get Dr Mumbo to write about you: take 2

There are certain conversations that you probably shouldn’t have on public transport… unless you want Dr Mumbo to write about you.

For example, if you find your company in a legal stoush with an Olympic Committee over an ad which had a version of Peter Allen’s song “I go to Rio” in it then, maybe, just maybe, you shouldn’t be recapping the experience in public spaces.

Especially a packed train carriage heading through Wynyard station in Sydney.

That would be a bad place to tell your friend (and the 20 other people around) loudly about the fight your company is currently having with an unnamed “Olympic Committee” which had seen an ad pulled.

And when your friend then questions you if you’d been reckless enough as to put the word “Rio” in the ad, it’s probably not a great idea to boast that you most certainly did, but that you’re not worried because it all went through the legal team. (Phew!)

But if you do, you may as well say with confidence you’re expecting to win the upcoming court case about it.

Just what could this person have been talking about? Dr Mumbo has an idea.

Just a reminder everyone. Dr Mumbo’s spies are everywhere… even the 6.05pm train heading from Central to Hornsby.
