Hulsbosch makes two key hires

Specialist agency Hulsbosch has made two key appointments in Tony Mansfield as head of client management and Belinda Hubball as design director.

The announcement:

Hulsbosch – Communication by Design has appointed former Yello managing director Tony Mansfield as head of client management and Belinda Hubball as design director.

Mansfield brings 25 years of experience in brand strategy, brand architecture and brand engagement across the government, not for profit, consumer and corporate sectors. He has a wealth of experience in aligning internal and external brand strategy with communications and implementing engagement programs.

Mansfield will be responsible for managing the Hulsbosch client service team. He will also assist with new business development across the agency.

Mansfield’s previous roles include Managing Director of STW Group brand agency Yello, Managing Director of EKH Branding and most recently he was Senior Executive Leader – Brand and Creative Practice at Manidis Roberts.

Hulsbosch is well known internationally for its ground-breaking work to redesign the flying kangaroo for Qantas, as well as Woolworths, Masters, Royal Caribbean, The Australian Ballet, Taronga Zoo, Foxtel, MLC, Perpetual, FreeTV and Marbig.

Hubball will work alongside Hulsbosch Design Director Steve Harrington and will be responsible for the company’s creative output. Hubball will report to Executive Creative Director Hans Hulsbosch.

Hubball joins Hulsbosch from the UK where she worked for brand communications consultancy Lloyd Northover as Design Director.

The native Australian has more than 14 years experience in leading small and medium-sized branding agencies in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia. She returns to Australia after 10 years working abroad.

Hubball has worked for a number of design agencies including stints as Senior Freelance Designer for agencies such as Brand Union and Bright Red Oranges.

Last month Hulsbosch was named Specialist Agency of the Year by AdNews magazine.
