IAS hires country manager, commercial lead, and head of customer success

Digital ad verification company, Integral Ad Science (IAS), has made a number of key appointments across Australia and New Zealand, including the promotion of Jessica Miles from sales director across the region to country manager.

Brandon Coleman, IAS’ new commercial lead, has stepped across from News Corp, where he was operations manager leading the Group M account, and then a national advertising product specialist. Chanel Barta has also been internally promoted to head of customer success across both Australia and New Zealand.

“Australia and New Zealand are a priority for IAS and these appointments will help continue our growth in the region by providing world-class customer service,” said IAS’ senior vice president across the Asia Pacific, Laura Quigley, to whom new country manager Miles will report.

“These senior roles not only reinforce the importance of Australia and New Zealand in IAS’s growth strategy but will support the acceleration of programmatic advertising in the region.”

Miles, who joined IAS in 2017, added: “I’m excited by the continued growth in programmatic advertising in multiple markets across the Asia Pacific, with Australia leading the way in the region.

“Our cutting-edge technology, advanced automation process, a keen understanding of clients’ needs, and deep integration with client tech stacks are what make IAS the ad verification partner of choice in ANZ.”

Coleman was at News Corp for six years, and previously held sales and marketing positions at WineMarket, the digital arm of Woolworths Liquor Group.

“I am delighted to join IAS at this critical point in the company’s journey and amidst exciting growth in programmatic,” he said.

“Having worked with a top publisher, I understand how important efficiency and achieving ROI are for our partners. I look forward to working with brands, agencies, and publishers to drive further adoption of IAS’s solutions in the market.”

Finally, Barta, who worked at Ninemsn before joining IAS in 2015, will lead a team responsible for both buy-side and sell-side partners in her new role as head of customer success.

“Our brand and agency partners in Australia trust IAS as the industry leader in ad verification and recognise our world-class customer service,” Barta said.

“I’m thrilled to be leading the charge to foster deeper relationships with our partners in Australia and New Zealand.”
