ID Collective wins Malaysia Airlines’ PR and digital accounts

Malaysian Airlines has appointed ID Collective to handle its comms and public relations accounts for Australia and New Zealand.

The win follows a competitive pitch and sees ID Collective appointed to continue rebuilding the airline’s reputation with local travellers and grow the the Malaysian carrier’s share of international air travel.

ID Collective Director, Mary Morton said: “Malaysia Airlines is one of the world’s most recognisable travel brands and we are really excited at the prospect of embarking on this new journey with it.

The win adds to the agency’s portfolio of travel clients which includes luxury travel operator Abercrombie & Kent, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, STA Travel, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Park Royal Hotels an Resorts, Ecruising and Latitude 33.
