Internet provider iiNet has launched a campaign to push its customer service and new product launches based around the slogan ‘Life upgraded’.
The campaign – created by ad agency BWM – includes TV, cinema, radio, print, online and outdoor activity.
The company’s CMO Wendy Walker said: “We (iiNet) love technology but it’s really always been more about how that technology can enhance people’s lives. There’s this intrinsic importance of customer experience to absolutely everything we do so when I was looking at developing a new brand campaign, I wanted to ensure that our organisational DNA was really at the heart of it.”
“This integrated campaign delivers a message about what iiNet does best. The breadth of our product offering, our passion for innovation and our focus on awesome customer service,” she said.
