Ikon signs raft of new business

Media agency Ikon credits its digital and data driven insights as key to its success in signing a raft of new business.

The announcement:

Ikon has continued its winning streak adding a raft of new business wins across its network to its client roster. Ikon has been appointed by Cancer Council SA in Adelaide; bookmaker.com.au, Telwater & Pharmacy Direct in Brisbane; and the Sydney office has extended its services for nib to include digital display.

Totaling $25 million, the new business wins follow quickly on the back of Ikon’s recent announcement that the agency had been appointed as media agency of choice for Stockland Residential.

At the same time, Ikon NZ recently won several new clients including 2degrees mobile and the Ministry of Justice (a major Government department).

When discussing the wins, Pat Crowley, acting CEO, said the new business was won on the back of the agency’s digital credentials and data driven insights. He said: “Our clients emphasised our usual strengths such as cultural fit, understanding of their business and our strategic and dynamic trading approach.

“However, what was really positive was that they were impressed by our digital credentials and the quality of our data driven insights. This has confirmed our views that we have not only developed a strong proposition in these areas, but that our clients understand why they are crucial for delivering business success”.
Ikon is part of STW, Australia’s leading marketing content and communications group.
