As everyone knows, there’s one naughty list for marketers to avoid – and it’s not Santa.
Mainly because all Father Christmas will do to you is ruin your Christmas by not giving you any presents.
Collective Shout, however, are another thing altogether. Get on their naughty list, and every day will be a Sisyphean challenge of boycotts and complaints to the Ad Standards Board.
So Dr Mumbo feels for the list of brands that the campaigning movement doesn’t like.
He’s particularly taken by the rhetoric behind the attack on Bonds…
“Bonds continues their BOOBS campaign, reducing women to their breasts,” complains Collective Shout. “Can we expect the equivalent ‘BALLS’ billboards to sell men’s underwear?”
