AR tech is pleased to announce Tina Ghezzi has been appointed as Head of Sales and Partnerships.
Tina is a global expert in immersive media, crafting her skills in Australia and the United States, where she worked for brands such as US Airforce, American Express, Disney and AT&T. Her experience in brand entertainment apps, mobile apps, VR and AR has spanned over ten years, in which she has held various management positions. Tina brings strong consultative selling experience and has worked in sales and business development roles and in leading client relationships, and leading technology businesses such as Groove Jones based in Dallas, Texas. Her most recent role has been Business Director of Soap Creative in Sydney.
“As the industry is moving more towards immersive media solutions, it was vital for us to find somebody with a combination of strong industry expertise and commercial skills,” said Robyn Foyster, Executive Chair of AR tech. “At the same time, Tina’s strong international sales experience is highly beneficial.
“We now have a good foundation to build upon, with talented people, smart technology platforms and excellent industry and customer understanding.”
Paul Willey, COO of AR tech, said: “With such a strong commercial team on both sides of the Tasman, we are in a very good position to grow our existing sales and expand quickly. This is particularly the case coming off the back of successfully launching the Vivid App with its gamified AR capabilities.”
Tina’s new role follows swiftly after the announcement of Barbara Bentley being appointed Sales Manager in New Zealand, where she is based in the North Island.
“I’m really excited to join the AR Tech team. We can continue to enhance the value we bring to our clients both here and in New Zealand and also develop new services and solutions that cater to the future demands of our customers,” said Tina Ghezzi. “Collaborating with clients and bringing AR experiences to life with a positive ROI is what excites me most.”
