Impact.com ups paid parental leave policy as it grows ANZ client list

Partnership management platform Impact.com has added a number of brands to its growing Asia Pacific customer list. Virgin Australia, The PAS Group, True Protein, JS Health, Compare Club, Jabra and MyRepublic join other Australian and New Zealand brands Big Red Group, Coles, HSBC, Puma, ZeroCo and Zeller which were on-boarded earlier in 2021.

Globally, impact.com has seen a 51% year-on-year increase in customers and now supports more than one million partnerships for over 1,900 brands.

Earlier this year, the company closed a $150 million round of funding at a $1.5 billion valuation in preparation for an IPO, which will enable Impact.com to double the number of its employees across APAC by early 2022.

In order to attract top talent, Impact.com has also launched a company-wide paid parental leave policy, offering 26 weeks for parents. Other agencies introducing new parental leave and pregnancy loss policies include: Sling & Stone, Clemenger Group, Nature, and Havas.

Impact.com APAC MD, Adam Furness, commented: “Impact.com’s ANZ operation has exceeded our ambitious targets for 2021 as more brands, agencies and publishers are realising the value a diverse partnership program can deliver, both in terms of customer acquisition and building brand equity. Through our tech integrations, acquisitions and recent funding round, we continue to provide customers with the leading partnership management platform in the market.

“We’re gearing up for further exponential growth in 2022 as Google phases out the third-party cookie and marketers readjust their strategies to reach and convert their audiences via authentic, revenue-driving partnerships.”

In the last year, Impact.com has seen traction with two acquisitions (Trackonomics, an SSP for publishers’ partnership programs that provides page-level revenue attribution and ROI, and Affluent, an analytics and automation platform designed to help agencies manage partnership programs for brands) and four new tech integrations with Shopify, HubSpot, BigCommerce and Google Pay.
