MEDIA RELEASE – 29th June 2016

Indago Digital and IAB Australia Search Marketing Workshop

On the 14th of July this year Indago Digital and the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) will provide a free search marketing workshop for IAB members.
The session will be held at PwC’s offices in Sydney with a focus on paid search. A major part of the training will be a hands on ‘Work Book Session’ demonstrating a number of free online tools available to help all advertisers, digital or not. Attendees will learn how to use these free tools to plan and measure media campaigns, understand seasonality and general search trends.
Attendees will also be provided practical examples on how to build and optimise Google AdWords campaigns. On top of that they will be provided an understanding of how the recent Google Ads and Analytics Innovations will affect their campaigns in 2016.
MD of Indago Digital, Gary Nissim said, “I love sessions like these, they just work. Interactive, engaging, fun but most importantly providing workable solutions that can and will be implemented. I’ve been running sessions like this for years and they rarely fail to please.”
According to the most recent IAB PwC Online Advertising Expenditure report over $812 million was spent on search marketing in the first quarter of 2016, a 30% increase in expenditure from Q1 2015.
IAB members can sign up for their free tickets by using this link. Non-IAB members can attend at a cost of $150 per person.
