Initiative Melbourne recruits two strategy directors
Initiative Melbourne has hired two strategy directors, Sam Enshaw and Mark Jones.
Prior to working at Initiative, Enshaw was the regional implementation director at Initiative’s parent company IPG Mediabrands.
Enshaw said in a statement: “I’m excited to be back in Melbourne, and joining Initiative who’ve had so much momentum coming into 2019. I’m looking forward to the challenge of building on that success with Sam and the team.”
Meanwhile, Jones joins the agency from Canada where he was working in integrated and media only agencies.
“It’s an exciting time to join the growing team at Initiative, I was attracted to their unique strategic positioning in the Australian market, and look forward to driving this forward,” Jones added.
Sam Geer, chief strategy officer at Initiative, said: “People are what makes a business and we are unashamedly looking to attract the best talent in market. This is another example of us doing just that. If you’re a smart and energetic individual who wants to create the best work in the country then give me a call because we are building something special.”
The appointments come one month after Initiative Melbourne’s MD Shaun Briggs took up a media role at Specsavers.
