Interbrand and C Space partner to launch CX offering Interbrand X

Omnicom brand consultancy Interbrand has partnered with its customer agency C Space to launch integrated customer experience offering Interbrand X.

Interbrand X is designed for brands that are focused on their customer and employee experiences as a strategic point of difference for their business.

The partnership has come about after Interbrand recognised the need to bring brand strategy, data-driven customer insights and creative execution together to meet its current client demands.  Interbrand X’s will give clients full access to both C Space and Interbrand’s resources.

Interbrand recently hired Nicola Mansfield as managing director from Deloitte Digital, after Davy Rennie moved within the DDB group to become the national MD of Tribal.
