iProspect Australia announces multiple new appointments

iProspect Australia has announced several staffing changes, with multiple new hires and a promotion coming as the Dentsu performance agency strengthens its leadership team.

Barnes joins iProspect as group investment director, bringing more than ten years experience, most recently at sister agency Carat as its media investment director.

She said: “This leadership team is a true representation of what it looks like to bring together the perfect combination of strategic planning, performance optimisation and marketing activation.”

Smith, whose career as seen him spend time at Ikon, Bohemia and Zenith, has been named as client partner, and will lead a team of 14 overseeing clients including Ampol, Air NZ, Abbott, William Grant & Sons etc.

He said: “I’m thrilled to join iProspect at a time when the business is undergoing significant evolution on a global scale.”

Jahnsen is also coming on board as a client partner, rejoining iProspect having spent time previously in Melbourne as digital performance director, and recently worked in tourism.

He said: “It’s an exciting time to be part of iProspect and see its evolution towards the performance-driven end-to-end global media agency it is today.”

Finally, iProspect revealed the promotion of Bremner to client partner, after previous roles with the company included senior digital strategist and digital director.

The new appointments follow the hire of Marcelle Gomez as general manager of the Sydney office in January.

Rapson said: We are looking forward to what the extended team will bring for iProspect and our clients, particularly across our offering of tech, data, content and commerce, and be ready for whatever challenges and opportunities come our way.

Gomez added: “iProspect has been through a transformation journey as a business and we are now working at the intersection of brand and performance to help drive business growth for our clients that also builds brands.”

Dentsu re-launched iProspect globally with a new brand proposition and new capabilities last month, moving the offering to become a digital-led ‘end-to-end’ media agency.
