IVE Group inks printing and distribution deal with Catalano’s Australian Community Media

IVE Group Limited (IVE) has entered into a long-term contract with Australian Community Media (ACM), which will see the marketer print and distribute ACM publications.

The $100m partnership also sees IVE acquire ACM’s Western Australian printing and publishing operations in Mandurah.

IVE Group said the new partnership will leverage more than 200 years of experience and heritage across both organisations.

It aims to help ACM to focus on content development across its media brands, launching new products, and entry into new markets, backed by IVE’s marketing and production business.

“With over 170 publications nationwide we are proud to support ACM’s media brands in connecting with millions of Australians every day,” IVE CEO, Matt Aitken, said.

“We are excited by ACM’s growth plans and believe IVE’s diverse product and service offering is key to ACM unlocking future strategic value in their business.”

ACM’s executive chairman, Antony Catalano, said the new partnership will help his business streamline its operations.
