Jack Morton’s Vinny Panchal joins experiential agency Bearded Kitten
Global creative experience agency Bearded Kitten has doubled down on its Australian growth plans, with the appointment of a local managing partner.
Vinny Panchal takes on the role to strengthen the agency’s Australian operations, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in business development, client services, and management.
He spent a decade with Jack Morton Worldwide and Weber Shandwick, most recently as the Australian group managing director, where he led local operations and grew the agencies post-divestment.

Officially launched locally in September, Bearded Kitten has worked with clients including Intuit Mailchimp and Farage’s Two Point One.
The UK-based experiential agency was born out of festival experiences, and has since grown globally to help brands connect with audiences. Its client roster includes Lego, Google, Amazon, and Netflix.
Panchal joins Bearded Kitten after its Sydney launch last year.
“In a world where creative experiences have become increasingly predictable and programmatic, I was instantly drawn to Bearded Kitten’s unique festival-first approach to audience engagement,” Panchal said in a media release.
“Their vertical runway for Farage’s Two Point One launch – where models defied gravity instead of walking a traditional catwalk – showcases the innovative thinking that resonates with Australian audiences. I’m excited to help this talented team bring their Kitten-inspired transformation to the vibrant APAC market.”
Panchal will collaborate with the team to deliver brand activations for clients – ones that hope to “deliver the same emotional impact as cultural festivals”.
Barney Sutton, founder and CEO of Bearded Kitten, said in a media release: “Vinny’s appointment represents a pivotal moment for our Australian operations. His unique understanding of audience engagement and proven ability to transform brand moments into cultural phenomena makes him ideal to help bring our festival DNA to the APAC market.”
