James Bennett joins Colenso BBDO as group planning director

Colenso BBDO has appointed James Bennett as group planning director and deputy head of planning, bringing global experience from Wieden+Kennedy London to the team.

The announcement:

James Bennett has officially landed at Colenso as group planning director and deputy head of planning. Originally from Melbourne, James joins us after seven years at Wieden+Kennedy London, where he helped shape work for Sainsbury’s, Samsung, Formula 1, and Nike.

He joins a department that’s as mischievous as it is meticulous. Perfect for someone who believes strategy should make work feel both inevitable and surprising.

One of James’ most recent, and proudest, projects has been becoming a new dad. Which makes it all the more mental that we convinced him to pack up life in London and move to the other side of the world.

James says:
