Teremana Tequila hits the road to celebrate unsung Aussie heroes

Teremana Tequila is bringing “Mana on the Road” to Australia, a travelling activation honouring everyday Australian legends.

The announcement:

This October, Teremana Tequila will bring good mana and its spirit of gratitude to Australia with Mana on the Road, a travelling activation designed to celebrate unsung Aussie heroes – everyday legends who embody generosity, resilience and quiet strength.

With Mana on the Road, Teremana is proving that gratitude doesn’t have to come in big gestures to make an impact – simple acts of recognition that inspire others to do the same are often the most powerful of all.

Created by global actor and entrepreneur Dwayne Johnson, Teremana is built on the values of mana, gratitude and tequila with the underlying belief that good energy is meant to be shared. Mana on the Road is more than an activation – it’s an expression of gratitude, celebrating the people who keep communities strong and spreading good energy to those we appreciate and love.

Good Mana Starts in the Places We Share
The journey begins in Sydney, where the Mana Mobile – a branded Teremana food truck – that will roll into town with tacos, tequila and music to kickstart the east coast celebration. From there, the truck will head north to Newcastle’s iconic Queen’s Wharf, stop at the Sunshine Coast’s Bluff Bar at Alex Surf Club and wrap up with a final community celebration at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves.

At each stop, the Mana Mobile will pull into iconic local venues and transform them into vibrant, feel-good, open-air celebrations complete with free tacos, margaritas, live music and backyard-style games to encourage moments of connection. Every event will spotlight the local legends who inspired the journey, bringing people together in gratitude and proving that good mana truly starts in the places we share.

“I created Teremana to bring people together and I can’t think of a better way to bring people together than bringing the Mana Mobile directly to them,” said Teremana founder, Dwayne Johnson.

“Our Mana Mobile will deliver delicious Teremana cocktails, fresh and amazing eats and a whole lotta gratitude to people, towns and cities across the Australia’s East Coast.”

Through community outreach by the Teremana team and nominations from on-premise venues, unsung local heroes will be recognized with the opportunity to receive one of 50 exclusive bottles of Teremana Añejo in gift bags—turning this celebration into something to taste, share, and take home.

The Mana Mailbox
At the heart of the activation is the Mana Mailbox – a people-first invitation to pause, reflect and recognise the everyday heroes in our lives. Guests are encouraged to pen a handwritten “I wanted to say thanks…” postcard to someone who brings positive spirit to their world – whether it’s a nurse who works tirelessly, a volunteer who shows up every weekend or even a neighbour or mate who lifts others up.

Each postcard is created at the Mana Mobile, giving guests a moment to slow down and put their gratitude into words. Once written, the postcards will be placed into the Mana Mailbox and mailed directly to the recipient, building a powerful living archive of gratitude that stretches across the East Coast.

Bring Good Mana
The philosophy of Mana is at the heart of the Teremana® Tequila brand. Living the Mana is about showing up with good energy, positivity, and optimism. Sharing the Mana is how we extend that spirit outward – bringing people together, fostering connection and community, and doing the right thing, from giving back to expressing gratitude.

Mana on the Road brings these values to life at every stop – through each margarita poured, every story shared and every postcard written to an unsung hero – proving that good energy is truly contagious.

At its core, Mana on the Road is a reminder that gratitude doesn’t have to be grand to be powerful. Sometimes it’s a taco, a toast or a handwritten note that carries the deepest meaning. By sparking these simple yet profound moments of connection in communities across Australia, Teremana hopes to inspire a ripple effect of recognition – showing that when we take the time to celebrate others, we all share in the Mana.
