JC Decaux’s APN Outdoor extends contract with Perth Airport
APN Outdoor, now part of JC Decaux, has extended its advertising contract with Perth Airport.
Prior to the new agreement, APN Outdoor had the rights to all external advertising at terminals one, two, three and four, as well as international advertising in the first three.
As part of an extended contract, APN Outdoor will now hold the rights to advertise inside terminal four – which is operated by Qantas – from January 31. The existing advertising assets will be refreshed.
It is the first time Perth Airport has worked with one advertising provider across all terminals and follows a five and a half year agreement between Sydney Airport and APN Outdoor.
But the contract is the first APN Outdoor has won under JC Decaux ownership. The APN Outdoor brand will disappear next year.
JC Decaux’s chief operating officer, Andrew Hines, said he was excited to extend the partnership with Perth Airport.
“It is the fastest growing airport, with passenger numbers tripling in the past 10 years and is part of our commitment to further invest in the Perth market,” Hines said.
Perth Airport’s chief corporate services officer, Debra Blaskett, is also looking forward to extending the work.
“We have recently completed an extensive $1 billion redevelopment program that has transformed the customer experience at Perth Airport,” Blaskett said. “We look forward to working with JC Decaux on developing the customer journey even further.”
