Jesse Northfiled joins Think HQ as project lead

PR agency Think HQ is launching a tech start up later this year, appointing Jesse Northfield as project director.

Northfield was previously the chief of staff to shadow minister for immigration and border protection, Shayne Neumann, for eight months.

Jen Sharpe, Founder of Think HQ, said in a statement: “This is our seventh year at Think HQ and as the business matures into a mid-size firm with notable new business and hires, I’m now able to turn my attention to complementary business ventures. This project leverages the unique knowledge and expertise of Think HQ in new and exciting ways.”

Northfield said: “I’m excited to join the growing Think HQ team, which is establishing itself in Melbourne’s communications landscape for the agency’s unique position of working exclusively on projects that matter. I’m looking forward to expanding the agency further by leading our new start-up venture.”

In other appointments, Chanel Fernandes moves from PPR to creative lead and Stefan Delatovic from SES has been hired as account director.
