We’re on the hunt for a Junior Prompt Engineer — someone who loves words, imagery, animation and is curious and understands AI, and is passionate about how new tech can help shape advertising and content.

The Role
This role sits right at the crossroads of creativity and technology. You’ll be experimenting with AI tools daily — writing and testing prompts, pulling insights from research, and helping our creative and production teams bring campaigns to life.

It’s a junior position, so you don’t need years of experience (no kidding). What matters most is a genuine interest in advertising, media or content, paired with an eagerness to strut your AI capability, creating ideas strong and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing
Writing and refining prompts for AI tools to help generate campaign ideas, copy and research.

Supporting creative, strategy and production teams with research and insights.

Exploring new AI tools and showing the team how they can be used in day-to-day work.

Keeping track of what works (and what doesn’t) so we can get better results every time.

Helping us find faster, smarter ways of working by blending creativity with technology.

About You
Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Google etc. is great.
Curious about advertising, branding and content creation.

A natural problem-solver who likes experimenting.

Organised, collaborative and up for a challenge.
