Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day contact for clients, managing a portfolio of mid-sized accounts and supporting senior team members on Tier 1-4 clients. You’ll coordinate campaigns across media and creative, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
This role suits someone with 2-4 years of agency experience who’s ready to step up, take ownership of client relationships, and develop toward a Senior Account Manager role.
What You’ll Do:
Client management – Own relationships on mid-sized accounts; act as the first point of contact for briefs, timelines, and reporting.
Campaign coordination – Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to execution and reporting.
Creative rollout – Brief, manage, and deliver creative assets alongside our Creative & Projects team.
Financial accountability – Track budgets, scopes, and profitability; flag scope changes; support invoicing and reconciliations.
Strategic contribution – Bring client insights into campaign strategy and identify opportunities to optimise performance.
Collaboration – Work with Media, Creative, and Insights teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Growth support – Assist with pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
2–4 years’ account management experience in advertising, media, or digital agencies.
Strong understanding of media campaigns (digital, social, OOH); creative exposure is a plus.
Commercial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and scopes.
Confident communicator and presenter who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Resilient and solutions-focused when priorities shift.
Ambitious to progress into a Senior Account Manager role as we grow.
