Account Manager – Integrated

About the job:
The role is Account Manager to work across a mix of clients in the B2C and B2B space. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building solid client relationships, project managing exquisite work and is proactive in their approach. We are looking for someone who is flexible, can go with the flow and grow with this fab team.
This is a newly created position and your role will involve managing and delivering creative, engaging solutions for clients, all under the guidance of a dedicated Account Director. The work is integrated across multiple channels.
The role is to:
• Build relationships with your clients and be responsible for the day to day project managing integrated campaigns for a range of clients, from brief to delivery
• Collaborate with teams across the agency to produce campaigns in digital, events, social and OOH.
• Be responsible for keeping campaigns on track, ensuring they are delivered on time with a focus on effectiveness and profitability on a project by project basis
• Be part of a growing team, working closely with strategy and creative teams, whilst being mentored by an Account Director.
You will:
• Be an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years’ agency experience, or an Account Executive who is hungry to learn and ready to step up, preferably from an integrated agency background
• Exhibit strong self motivation, exceptional project management skills, a solid marketing background, and a creative mindset
• Be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and iterative manner, even when faced with ambiguity
• Excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident in presenting to clients
• Have a track record in developing strong relationships both internally with your team and with clients.
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and have a passion for continuous learning and growth.
