Content Lead – Social

Our client is a full-service independent agency delivering across Brand Strategy, Media, Creative and Production. They’re on a strong growth trajectory with several new client wins and are now looking for a Content Lead to join their expanding team.

In this role, you’ll drive content strategy and planning across paid, owned, and earned channels for a portfolio of clients. You’ll convert insight into integrated content programs that deliver both brand and business outcomes, while collaborating closely with Creative and Media teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.

This is a leadership position, overseeing and mentoring a junior team, managing content calendars, community strategies, influencer programs, and working with Media on planning and integrated reporting. You’ll also contribute to agency-wide frameworks and quality standards.

An experienced Content or Social Manager ready to step up into a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content best practices, and consumer engagement.
Skilled in writing briefs, messaging, and interpreting performance data.
A confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.

flex working – 3 days in the office, 2 wfh
