Our client is a Sydney-based homeware and lifestyle brand that has successfully grown their following across Australasia.

This is a fantastic role for a Copywriter to join the 20-strong team, where you will join the team in a full time permanent role, working in a kind and caring family-style environment. An excellent hybrid role, working 2 days in-house / 3 remote. Their office is located in the Inner South Sydney area.

Our client is looking for a brand-obsessed Copywriter with exceptional skills in digital-first content creation. This is a pivotal role in a fast-moving team that’s passionate about high-quality editorial and engaging branded content. You will be responsible for crafting original messaging for campaign, social, and eComm creative, ensuring everything from email subject lines and digital ads to product descriptions.

You are a self-motivated Copywriter who is confident in delivering punchy headlines and crafting a compelling story for a product launch or long-form article. You are also happy to take a project from concept to completion, proactively researching and sharing inspiration to develop fresh, forward-thinking messaging angles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the messaging direction and copywriting for product releases, sale campaigns, social media, search, performance marketing, eDMs, SMS, eCommerce, packaging, OOH and more
• Write original, scroll-stopping copy that communicates product and brand benefits in an engaging way, with an instinct for what performs in a digital-first landscape
• Create SEO/keyword-friendly copy that is tailored to each channel and audience preferences
• Write editorial articles, content publishing and CMS tasks where required
• Proofread and edit short and long-form content from across the business, adapting to local nuances where needed

Experience:
• 3+ years of experience within a Copywriting/Content role, ideally within eCommerce, fashion, editorial, or lifestyle brands
• A strong portfolio of brand-led copywriting work, with a clear emphasis on storytelling across digital channels
• Ability to manage high-volume content production, ensuring timely delivery of consistently clean copy
• Excellent proofreading and subediting skills that showcase attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of best practice SEO principles
• Self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently and proactively source relevant research for copy projects
