Customer Engagement Manager
I’m working with a forward-thinking agency that specialises in healthcare marketing – bringing together media, data, martech and customer experience design. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that’s reshaping how pharma and medtech brands engage with their audiences.
The role:
As a Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of client strategy, media, and digital project delivery. You’ll partner with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies to design and deliver omnichannel engagement strategies, while also playing a key role in growing the agency’s offering.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on media and omnichannel strategy
Leading media planning across search, social, programmatic, HCP display, and healthcare publishers
Managing end-to-end digital and media projects with creative, tech, and medical teams
Driving campaign measurement, reporting and optimisation
Supporting new business growth and contributing to pitches and presentations
What we’re looking for:
~5 years’ experience in healthcare marketing (agency or client side)
Proven expertise in healthcare media strategies in the Australian market
Hands-on experience with martech (CRMs, CDPs, Veeva, Salesforce, analytics)
Strong communication and client management skills
A track record in delivering complex digital or omnichannel campaigns
