The role:
We’re looking for a passionate performance media specialist to join our team working across various industries including Entertainment, Business & Technology. The role is to work in collaboration with a high performing team of curious media planners and digital specialists.
It’s an exciting role, working with clients that want to do the best work and in a supportive skilled team where you will continue to learn and grow.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of clients digital media strategies, providing specialist expertise for plan rationale, executing in platform and maintaining and optimising campaigns throughout the whole lifecycle.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Planning: You work alongside the strategy and planning team to develop media plans that reach clients’ and campaign objectives.

• Partner Management & Negotiation: You build relationships with media partners, clarify briefs and negotiate to the best possible rates for our media spend

• Campaign Set up and Management: Successfully build and set up campaigns in platform, including forecasting, QA and go live checklists

• End-to-End Performance Management: You will take full ownership of campaign performance. This includes leveraging data-driven insights, testing and learning, and ensuring campaigns are aligned to client objectives.

• Campaign Management: Monitoring pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget

• Reporting: You use a suite of tools (Google Looker Studio, GA4, etc) to provide reports & produce insights that are timely, accurate and insightful.

• Technical Expertise: You make it your business to stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the media space. You are an expert in the tools and platforms required to do your role and take an active interest in finding better ways of doing things. Hands on experience across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Spotify, various DSP’s & ad tech platforms (Campaign Manager, GTM, verification platforms such as IAS)

• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients to discuss campaign progress, performance & provide recommendations to improve & optimise activity.

Experience:
• 2 years experience (minimum) with hands on experience working across digital media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, plus various DSP’s
• Interests integrated campaign planning and approach to client business problems (beyond media)
• Comfortable working with reporting dashboards and able to provide insights and recommendations based off campaign analytics and performance data
• Passionate about digital media, curious and enthusiastic to learn and grow
Ability to deliver on high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure to achieve deadlines in a fast paced environment
