Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, build, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will work with our Australian-based team to develop, set up and optimise tailored lead generation and sales generation campaigns. This involves:
– Conducting in-depth market, competitor and keyword research to uncover high-converting opportunities for our clients
– Writing engaging ad copy
– Setting up campaigns, including conversion tracking
– Optimising campaigns based on detailed data analysis
– Creating monthly reports and action plans in response to campaign performance and client needs
– Importantly, we are seeking someone who is not only skilled at campaign development and implementation, but also proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think outside the box and formulate appropriate campaign strategies to drive meaningful results for our clients.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Key Skills & Requirements:
– Experience creating and running lead generation campaigns
– Experience creating and running e-Commerce campaigns
– Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
– Proficient in market research
– Strategic campaign planning skills
– Strong copywriting skills
– Advanced data analysis skills
Ideal Skillsets:
– Proven Google Ads experience: Preferably 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.
– Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: Highly skilled in utilising Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data manipulation to improve efficiency, analysis and reporting.
– Conversion tracking setup: Proficiency in setting up conversion tracking in Google Ads and GA4 via Google Tag Manager.
– Experience with AI tools: Familiarity with AI tools to improve work efficiency and campaign performance is highly favourable.
– Experience with Google Looker Studio: Familiarity with setting up Looker Studio reporting dashboards.
– Experience with analysing data and using it to formulate action plans
