Graphic Designer
WE’RE HIRING!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! Based in our Sydney office with flexible working arrangements, this role is ideal for someone who loves creating impactful visual content and bringing brand stories to life.
You’ll develop and lead the in-house production of visual assets across all channels for consumer and trade marketing, as well as brand campaign assets that inspire and connect with our target audience and stakeholders, all while working in line with brand guidelines.
You’ll also develop and lead email marketing activity for our B2C channels, ensuring every campaign reflects our brand’s creativity and consistency.

OPERATIONAL MISSIONS
Mission 1: Manage all design touchpoints across varying departments (B2B, B2C & MICE) that visually reflect our premium upscale strategy.
Mission 2: Manage email marketing by designing and scheduling weekly emails to our database in line with briefs.
Mission 3: Producing assets for online marketing and managing all content requirements.
Mission 4: Self-management of the design approval process to meet deadlines and maximise productivity.
Mission 5: Oversee content requirements for all marketing channels.
ABOUT YOU
Education : Bachelors degree preferred.
Skills and Training Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a graphic design role in-house or agency.
Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a design-related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a must.
Video production and/or editing capabilities are strongly regarded.
Experience in email marketing design and CRM software is preferred but not essential.
Strong creative eye, copywriting & editing skills in English.
