Local Area Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Local Area Marketing Manager who combines creativity with commercial focus and thrives on seeing marketing come to life in local communities. This role is all about connection, activation and measurable impact.

The Opportunity
Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of local area marketing (LAM) campaigns and events that drive awareness, leads and conversions across Levande’s national portfolio.

Manage LAM agencies, oversee partnerships and activations, and play a key role in national event delivery including Open Days and community experiences. Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure every campaign is targeted, compliant and on brand, with creative that captures the spirit of living well every day.

This is a hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who enjoys full ownership of their work and collaborating across teams and agencies.

What You’ll Do
• Own the development, execution and optimisation of local area marketing campaigns and events
• Manage creative and media agencies to deliver high-performing, on-brand activity
• Support the delivery of national events and open days, ensuring strong engagement and consistency
• Partner with sales and operations to develop local marketing collateral and activation plans
• Build partnerships and local sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and trust
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI and conversion outcomes
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform agile marketing responses
• Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand, regulatory and consumer law requirements

About You
You’re a results-driven marketer who loves blending creative ideas with data-driven decision-making. You’re just as comfortable briefing an agency as you are diving into campaign metrics, and you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
You’ll bring:
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, media or digital disciplines
• Experience developing and executing localised marketing strategies and national events
• 2+ years’ digital marketing experience, ideally with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEO and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign planning, execution and optimisation
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
• A proactive, accountable and test-and-learn mindset aligned with Levande’s purpose and values
