Performance Manager – Digital

We’re working with an award-winning independent agency that’s looking for a Performance Manager to join their growing media team.

In this role, you’ll drive the planning, implementation, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You’ll play a key part in shaping strategy, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring every media dollar is working harder for clients.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted as the go-to advisor on performance and platform expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and tech teams, ensuring campaigns are data-led, innovative, and impactful.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end

Using analytics and testing to uncover growth opportunities

Turning complex data into simple, actionable recommendations

Optimising campaign performance to exceed benchmarks

Acting as the day-to-day client contact on digital performance

What we’re looking for:

5+ years’ experience in Performance Management.

Proven hands-on experience across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and analytics platforms

Strong data-driven mindset, with confidence in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools

Excellent communication skills – able to simplify the complex for clients and collaborators
