Are you passionate about the arts, creativity, and community engagement? Step into the heart of the Sydney Opera House as a Program Assistant in our dynamic Centre for Creativity team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be instrumental in bringing to life a year-round program of inspiring experiences for children, families, students, and lifelong learners. You’ll juggle everything from planning and administration to on-the-ground delivery, making sure artists, facilitators, and audiences have everything they need for unforgettable, creative programs.

Work alongside passionate producers, venue managers, and creatives, while collaborating with artists and facilitators from all walks of life. If you’re highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of making things happen, we want to hear from you.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Key Responsibilities/skills:
* Ensure effective liaison with facilitators and artists by coordinating inductions, contracts, logistics, and payments.
* Deliver accurate and timely financial administration including payments, procurement, superannuation, and taxation requirements.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, freight, and site access to support the smooth delivery of CFC programs and events.
* Maintain and manage CFC equipment, materials, and storage inventory ensuring efficient use, recycling, and organisation.
* Support program delivery and planning through preparing accurate event documentation and collateral, participating in meetings participation and providing reports.
* Provide on-the-ground event delivery support including technical, AV, set-up, and facilitator coordination to ensure professional execution.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, guardian authority, and licensing requirements for all events and workshops.
* Oversee post-event bump out and reset of spaces ensuring venues are left tidy and follow-up actions are completed.
