I’m working with a creative client who is looking to bring on a talented Senior Account Manager to join their growing team.

This client is a leading independent agency known for delivering high-quality brand and communication solutions. They’re after someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and project management.

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to for both clients and internal teams. You’ll manage multiple accounts, lead projects end-to-end, and play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction while ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. This is a role for someone who loves balancing commercial focus with creative problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing
Acting as the central point of contact across several key accounts

Managing timelines, budgets, and workflow across multiple projects

Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams

Translating briefs into clear creative direction and project plans

Spotting opportunities to add value and contribute to new business pitches

What they’re looking for
Proven experience as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in branding, marketing communications, or design

Strong project management skills – you’re organised, detail-driven, and commercially minded

Excellent client relationship skills – you know how to build trust and add value
