Senior Data Strategist

The role:
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Data Strategist to join our team and shape the way data informs strategy, creativity and performance. You’ll own reporting frameworks, performance reviews, and insight packs, while guiding teams and clients to see opportunities in the numbers.

You’ll play a pivotal role across briefs, brainstorms and campaign development – bringing clarity and focus through the data lens.

You’ll also be responsible for:
•Designing and owning reporting frameworks and performance reviews
• Analysing campaign, customer and audience data to shape strategy
• Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
• Advising on campaign measurement, tagging and tracking requirements
• Collaborating with strategists to create comms strategies with data at the core
• Using data to inform segmentation, targeting and creative decisions
• Explaining the ‘why’ behind performance to build client confidence
• Supporting new business and award submissions with data-driven storytelling

Experience:
• 6–8 years’ experience in data analysis, insights or strategy
• Strong background in performance analysis across digital and integrated campaigns
• Skilled in dashboard creation and automation
• Proven ability to synthesise multi-source data into one clear narrative
• Experience with CRM, CDP and marketing automation integration
• Confident presenting to clients and internal teams, simplifying complexity into actionable insights
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and small pitches independently
