Social Media & Community Coordinator (Part-Time)
Work directly with the founder to shape From Atlas’ voice on Instagram and TikTok and help bring our first drop and launch events to life. Perfect for a creative who loves beauty, design, and building community
Role Description
Plan, produce, and schedule IG/TikTok content (Reels, captions, light edits) and maintain a simple weekly content calendar.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments; organise assets and UGC for reuse.
Manage community touchpoints: DMs, comments, creator outreach.
Support launch events—guest list, partners, logistics, and on-the-day content capture.
Track basic performance (growth, reach, saves) and suggest what to try next.
You bring
Fluency in IG/TikTok culture and basic editing (e.g., CapCut/Reels tools).
Sharp, tasteful copy and an eye for beauty/design.
Organised, can-do mindset; Sydney-based (Bondi-friendly).
Nice to have
Canva/Adobe, Notion, Shopify/Link-in-bio tools; photo/video skills; past beauty/lifestyle brand experience.
