ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who loves disrupting to create great work, has a passion for social media and a knack for spotting the perfect influencer.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies, as well as identifying and managing influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
– Create engaging and high-quality social media content that resonates with our target audience
– Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and voice
– Analyse social media performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
– Identify and research potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience
– Build and manage relationships with influencers, including negotiating contracts and managing partnerships
– Develop influencer marketing campaigns that achieve specific goals and objectives
– Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing best practices
– Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, creative, and paid media

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

– 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer marketing, ideally within an advertising or social media agency
– Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns
– Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in scouting and managing influencers or influencer third party agencies
– Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for brand storytelling
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Ads Manager, Klear, CreatorIQ)
