This Sydney-based marketing agency specialises in managing content creators and brands across various digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, IG). We are looking for a marketing Talent who is innovative, forward-thinking, influencer-mad, and competent across major social platforms.
The Opportunity:
– Support the APAC Client Services Director & work closely with a SYD-based account services team
– Directly manage client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving account growth
– Be the main point of contact for key clients, leading kick-off calls, overseeing day-to-day communications, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
– Working closely with the Account Director and internal teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
– From tracking budgets and timelines to maintaining brand consistency, you’ll ensure every detail is managed with precision
– Attend and lead weekly WIP meetings with clients, providing strategic updates, and maintain alignment across projects
– Drive revenue growth YOY across key clients, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and increase profitability
– Respond to all client briefs, leading internal teams to develop compelling proposals that drive business growth
– Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, expanding client engagement and maximising revenue potential
– Oversee quoting, budgeting, and commercial discussions, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability
– Maintain consistent client communications and service standards across all accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
– Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, history, and strategic objectives, acting as a brand expert within the team
– Keep track of past projects, creator preferences, and campaign learnings, ensuring effective talent alignment
– Oversee project administration, including setting up jobs in Salesforce
– Notion and ensure proper documentation with campaign managers
– Manage procurement processes, PO requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring smooth financial operations
– Handle client agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
You:
– Live in Sydney and have full working rights
– 3-5 years experience working in an Account Manager role across social platforms
– Proven track record of success in account management and revenue generation
– Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape, including influencer marketing and content creation
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
– Proactive and results-oriented approach
– Highly organised and detail-oriented
– Strong understanding of social media platforms within the Australian context
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
