Kayo, Binge and Foxtel Now paid subscribers cross three million mark
Paid subscribers of Foxtel Group’s streaming services (Kayo Sports, Binge and Foxtel Now) have crossed the three million mark, according to its full-year financial results.
Released as a part of News Corp’s results this morning, Foxtel Group said there are now 4.723 million (4.650 million paid) total group subscribers, up 4% on the prior corresponding period.

I strongly doubt that “Kayo, Binge and Foxtel Now paid subscribers cross three million mark”.
When you add the three subscription numbers you get 3.129m. But that does NOT necessarily mean they have over three million SUBSCRIBERS … though they do have over three million SUBSCRIPTIONS.
To achieve 3m subscribers it would mean that 95+% of subscribers would have subscribed to just one subscription meaning that just over 4% of subscribers would have multiple subscriptions.
One wonders whether the 3m+ claim was Foxtel’s, or whether it was Mumbrella’s interpretation.
