Kellogg’s appoints new public relations agency

Kellogg’s has appointed Edelman to handle its public relations account, Mumbrella can reveal.

Edelman managing director Fern Canning-Brook said: “Kellogg’s has always stood for more than the individual products we know and love. Sharing new stories and creating more opportunities for Australians to engage with Kellogg’s to maintain and build trust is an exciting mission. We look forward to working with the team at Kellogg’s to deliver on that mission.”

Canning-Brook returned to Edelman in June last year after her one year stint with DDB-aligned PR agency Mango Sydney.

Kellogg’s will continue to work with both Porter Novelli and Liquid Ideas on different assignments.

The appointment of is one of the first major wins since Steven Spurr took over as CEO of the agency a year ago.

Edelman clients in Australia include Audi, Telstra, Samsung, Nivea, KFC and Adobe.
