ECD Gary Dawson, newly appointed executive planning director Kim Feitelberg and CEO Andrew Holt

Prior to her freelancing stint, Feitelberg worked at Ogilvy & Mather in South Africa as head of planning and a board director for over seven years.

The appointment follows VCCP’s recruitment of former Clemenger Sydney MD Andrew Holt as CEO in November last year.

Feitelberg – who has worked with clients including Cadbury, Coca-Cola, VW, Audi, Lion Nathan and SAB Miller – said the new role would be an exciting new challenge.

“As an industry, we are living in very interesting times and I love the fact that VCCP have embraced business as unusual – creating work that challenges conventions and transforms businesses. To be at the intersection of commerce and creativity is big ambition for a small agency and it’s an exciting time to join them on the journey,” Feitelberg said in a statement.

Holt said: ““We looked long and hard for a world class strategic thinker with strong Australian experience and Kim brings both. She combines great creative pedigree with smart, snappy commercial thinking and has a proven ability to help brands punch above their weight.”
