King Content has big plans for its software-as-a-service offering, Communiqué

Sam Akbari has been appointed by King Content to manage and develop its unique content marketing platform, Communiqué. Having worked with a vast range of clients and various SMB and enterprise technologies, Sam specialises in the strategic online positioning of web, mobile and interactive applications to improve quality and effectiveness.

Launched in early 2014, Communiqué was designed as a powerful workflow engine to enable King Content to manage content marketing programs with speed and accuracy. Over time it has evolved and become the most sophisticated software-as-a-service technology platform in content marketing. Communiqué provides workflow, calendaring, distribution and measurement while giving complete transparency to clients.

Since the release of version 2.0 in July 2015, Communiqué has become even more focused on the needs of brands. With a variety of analytics integrations and custom metrics, clients are able to measure and understand their content across consumption, engagement and conversion perspectives. Content can be distributed to a variety of content management systems and amplified on social media as well as paid channels.

More recent updates include organisation filtering of analytics, Chrome extensions and more sophisticated methods for sourcing the best writing talent.

As product manager, Sam will progress and promote Communiqué to brands and organisations in need of sophisticated software that can make the day-to-day handling of content management and measurement much smoother.

“I feel privileged to join an industry-leading organisation as the Product Manager of Communiqué,” he says. “Strategically, Communiqué is quickly becoming known as the catalyst of content marketing empowerment for organisations around the globe, and I look forward to contributing to its already huge success.”

Paul Ford, Global Commercial Director at King Content, says:
“Bringing Sam on board is a reflection of the continued maturation of the Communiqué platform, and a fantastic opportunity for us to really accelerate its development. With Sam’s deep marketing and product knowledge, Communiqué will continue to evolve into the must-have tool for brand publishers. Sam has a keen interest in technology so we can expect to see some very interesting new directions in the Communiqué roadmap, particularly around analytics and content distribution.”

Communiqué demonstrations can be requested and carried out for those interested in learning more about the product.
