King Content wins gold at the 2016 Native Advertising Awards

King Content has won two gold awards at the 2016 Native Advertising Awards for Best Use of LinkedIn, Lenovo Think Progress, and Best Use of Facebook, Live video, for Open Day, Griffith University.

King Content strikes Gold at the 2016 Native Advertising Awards

On 16 November 2016, the Native Advertising Institute announced King Content as the winner of two Gold awards. They were Best Use of LinkedIn, Lenovo Think Progress, and Best Use of Facebook, Live videofor Open Day, Griffith University.

King Content also won Silver for Most Effective Native Advertising Campaign and was commended for Creative Native Advertising Campaign and Best Integrated Program (Omni-channel Integration) for The Oliving the Life, Hans Smallgoods.

The Native Advertising Awards acknowledge the best native advertising in the world, and were awarded for the first time this year at Native Advertising DAYS 2016 in Berlin on 16 November.

The shortlisted companies were selected by a panel of judges from across the industry based on their work in categories covering the most important aspects of native advertising such as strategy, organisation, formats and channels. Jury members are experienced native advertising professionals such as Ben Young, CEO of Nudge, Melanie Deziel, award-winning branded content strategist Jason A Miller, Global Content Marketing Leader at LinkedIn and author, and Liz McDonnell, Head of Creative Strategy at T Brand Studio.

Award submissions were collated from countries across the globe including Norway, Croatia, Belgium, the US, Australia and the Philippines.

The winners of 29 categories were announced at Native Advertising DAYS 2016 in Berlin, which this year attracted more than 300 native advertising professionals from publishers, brands and agencies such as Adyoulike, Deutsche Bahn, LinkedIn, C3 and BurdaForward.
