My Kitchen Rules regains top spot for Wednesday night as Seven wins the night

Seven has won Wednesday night in TV as its reality cooking show My Kitchen Rules regained the top spot on the ratings leader board with the absence of Nine’s rival reality TV show Married at First Sight.

Valerie and Courtney shot to the top of the MKR instant restaurant leaderboard in last night’s episode

Mother and daughter from Queensland Valerie and Courtney took to the instant kitchen last night and managed an average audience of 1.105m, according to OzTAM’s overnight preliminary metro ratings.

The program which aired at 7:30pm was down on last Wednesday’s 1.166m but still managed to be the most watched program overall and across the key advertising demographics (16-39, 18-49 and 25-54).
